Although i saw very good reviews before opting for the service, i have a bitter experience with them. There was absolutely no pro-active updates on the status of laptop work. I need to ask twice/thrice in a day to get the updates. There are some goofed up updates too from them. The new replaced Battery was not charging beyond 57 % and when i have asked they said they don't check the battery fully.So technically laptop was handed over without being thoroughly checked for the work done. Now i am waiting for new battery and hopefully it should be OK now. So all together it was not a first time good experience.

Wrong information provided since inception, later told peripheral is faulty while it still working properly, matter escalated, waiting for positive resolution from thier end else take that to consumer forum.. Edit: "I got the resolution from secure2pc"

Caring about the customers is upto the mark Need slight improvements in the service aspects. Also the Part (Laptop Pannel) which I got, seems not the original one, I felt so and the pannel hinge got loose after 30 days of usage. You can improve this as well by providing good quality parts.
